Growing up in the 90’s and early 2000’s I don’t recall looking for Waldo in a book. Though I do remember those books where you had to search for a few listed items in a mixed up crowded photo.
Anyhow, todays Our Daily Bread devotional starts out with an introduction about kids finding Waldo and being excited once they find him. The point of the story is that we as Christians have the responsibility to help others know Jesus and even to lead them in accepting Christ into their lives. Like what the disciple did for the Ethiopian eunuch. The Ethiopian eunuch was ready and willing to accept Christ. He was even open to being baptized when he saw that there was a body of water nearby.
Praise the Lord! This is such a wonderful story that I enjoyed reading.
Friends, if you have not accepted Christ into your heart and life, you can do so now. Head on over to the salvation page on the blog to find out how you can receive Jesus into your heart and life.
