As a prisoner for the Lord, then, I urge you to live a life worthy of the calling you have received. Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love. Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace. There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called to one hope when you were called; one Lord, one faith, one baptism; one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all.
The author of todays devotional is so right when she says it seems hard and difficult to return back to peace in a relationship after the two of you saw had a different view of something that happened that was able to cause a rift. For me it was difficult when I was younger. Now, it is not as difficult sometimes. Yet, it is still a situation that I’d rather not enter or be part of. I am one who desires peace in my relationships, but that peace is not always easy to have, keep or maintain.
When there is peace in the relationships I have it is a light weight, free and breezy, hahaha 😂.
What are your relationships like? Do you like to have peace in your relationships?
