Kiss & Symphony

A rain drop landed on her bottom lip

She considered it

A kiss from the Lord

At first she didn’t like the song titled Symphony

Yet she gave it a listen

While driving home

Turns out, it’s not so bad

Through all of this chaos

He’s writing a symphony

Her thoughts

Others care

More about her life

Than she currently does

She’s been thinking to talk to someone about it

Enables Ministry

Pain, heartbreak, maybe even sorrow

It can enable one to minister.

If you wonder how a person is able to “minister so well” take into thought what they, what their heart must’ve went through, what their soul must’ve gone through for them to be able to draw closer to God in their own season of pain so that they can later minister to an individual or you in their or your season of pain.

Love God

P.S. I love what I once heard, it is in the night season or the hidden season that a persons relationship with God can grow stronger. Something along those lines, not quoted word for word.

Morning Text 1

Is God the most important person in our lives?
+Do we love God more than anyone or anything, and would we do anything for Him?
+God is with us all the time, but the only times we spend with Him is when we direct our attention to Him in Love, Thanksgiving, Praise, Worship, Obedience and such like things.
Colossians 1:17-18
17 And he (Jesus) is before all things, and by him all things consist.
18 And he (Jesus) is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence.
PREEMINENCE: Before all and above all.
+Let’s continue to guard our relationship with the Lord by keeping Him before all and above all.
Hallelujah it His Holy Name.
โ€ขContinue to let the WORD of God be the standard for your life. Always LOVING others like Christ Jesus loves us while keeping our Faith, Trust and Confidence in Him.
โ€ขBLESSED you are and BLESSED you will always be and to God be all the GLORY. Amen!

Morning Text 2

The Lord gave and the Lord has taken away; Blessed be the name of the Lord!
(Job 1:21)
When Job lost all of his ten children and his possessions before breaking out with severe boils from the soles of his feet to the crown of his head, even his wife told him to curse God and die. But he remained faithful through the darkness, despite judgment and persecution from his closest friends. In the end, God restored all that he had lost and blessed the latter days of his life even more than his earlier ones. Going through some tough times? Read the book of Job! You, too, will be able to say with confidence, โ€œI know that my Redeemer lives!โ€ We Christians donโ€™t get bitter; we get better!

New Generation

Or current generation?

I boarded the bus not too long ago on this morning of April 4th 2019. Went to take a free seat in the back and took notice of every person sitting, that of five, each had headphones in or on. Including person six, me, listening to Casting Crowns Follow Me on my soon to be deleted subscription to Amazon Prime. I’m not rich yet, so I’ll have to cancel the subscription until later notice then be satisfied with listening to YouTube or singing my own songs to and of the Lord.

Green Bananas

Jamaica, West Indies

It’s my background. It is part of the reason why it is part of my post today.

I have eaten boiled green bananas within the past few days and so I have been interested in what is said about green bananas on the net. Here’s my first post which is by Healthline.

Green Bananas: Good or Bad?

Jamaicans usually boil their green bananas for meals like breakfast and dinner. it can pretty much be eaten anytime. However, it really depends on the preference of the indidvidual and what their desires are for eating and lifestyle. These past few days eating green bananas is simple because I was with my mom and she shared her prepared food with me. Which I am thankful for.

Today, righ tat this moment I am having steamed fish, with steamed bami and two boiled green bananas. The taste of green bananas is a taste I am very used to and so I don’t mind eating it. I have been okay with eating it since forever, as far as I know.

Bami willhave to be of a new post because I know it is part of Jamaican food. My mom loves it. I don’t mind it – steamed. To me, the most popular way to make bami is to fry it. At the moment, I prefer steamed of baked.
