Sometimes…We May Need A Reminder

As a child of the most High God (you’ve accepted Jesus as your Lord and Savior and you believe in Him) we don’t need to live life miserable. If we are a son or daughter of the Most High God we need to live as such! As a child of God! When we somehow get back to feeling discouraged and in despair, like nothing matters or we’re discontented when nothing makes us happy we need to remember our Father. Our God who has loved us with an everlasting love (Jeremiah 31:3), our God who will not leave us nor forsake us(Hebrews 13:5). We need to remember our Saviour, Jesus who came that we may have life more abundantly (John 10:10). It is absolutely imperative that we remember it is God who truly satisfies the desires within us(Psalm 103:5). He soothes the effects of longing. He comforts when we feel discomfort, out-of-place and not needed. God gives us “beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness” Isaiah 61:3. We are His beloved. We are his children. Trust and believe that He takes care of those who trust in Him. It is times when we can’t solve a problem on our own that prompt or force us to turn to God, but we need to go to him everyday; in our joy and our sadness. God is available, 24 hours and 7 days a week, ALL THE TIME He is here with us, waiting for us to acknowledge Him. Acknowledge Him today.

If you have not accepted Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior accept Him today. If you want a relationship with God, seek Him while He may be found. Call on Him.
