He Still Cares

I woke up with the chorus of this song this morning…I have not woken up to a song in a long time. After what happened last night, waking up with this song, I see it as God still cares. I remember His Word says He cares for me. His word is true, it is truth and it comes before waking up to this song.

Be Blessed By Yolanda Adams

God what’s me to be blessed and to not live life in distress. After last night, I am happy to have woken up to this song. LORD, I love You. God, I thank You for caring for me through all I go through and all that I have been through because of the decisions I have made. I pray to make better and wiser decisions Abba, in Jesus’ name, I pray, Amen.

1 Peter 5:7 Cast all your anxiety on Him for He cares for you.

I have no anxiety at this moment, but He cares for me.

What Jesus Said About Being Anxious and Worried

24 No one can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will stand by and be devoted to the one and despise and be [s]against the other. You cannot serve God and mammon (deceitful riches, money, possessions, or whatever is trusted in).

25 Therefore I tell you, stop being perpetually uneasy (anxious and worried) about your life, what you shall eat or what you shall drink; or about your body, what you shall put on. Is not life greater [in quality] than food, and the body [far above and more excellent] than clothing?

26 Look at the birds of the air; they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father keeps feeding them. Are you not worth much more than they?

27 And who of you by worrying and being anxious can add one unit of measure (cubit) to his stature or to the [w]span of his life?

28 And why should you be anxious about clothes? Consider the lilies of the field and learn thoroughly how they grow; they neither toil nor spin.

29 Yet I tell you, even Solomon in all his magnificence (excellence, dignity, and grace) was not arrayed like one of these.

30 But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today is alive and green and tomorrow is tossed into the furnace, will He not much more surely clothe you, O you of little faith?

31 Therefore do not worry and be anxious, saying, What are we going to have to eat? or, What are we going to have to drink? or, What are we going to have to wear?

32 For the Gentiles (heathen) wish for and crave and diligently seek all these things, and your heavenly Father knows well that you need them all.

33 But seek (aim at and strive after) first of all His kingdom and His righteousness (His way of doing and being right), and then all these things [ab]taken together will be given you besides.

34 So do not worry or be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will have worries and anxieties of its own. Sufficient for each day is its own trouble.

Matthew 6:24-34

❤God. He cares and knows and is willing to do something about it if you ask and tell Him about it.

Greater Things

So, I think this is just gonna be about my testimonies and how great God has been to me in 2011. On New Years Eve going into 2011 I had this constant feeling that God was going to do great things. Then, I didn’t know what kind of great things…I just knew and felt that great things are coming….this feeling was the reason why I smiled so much during that transitioning week(2010 going in to 2011). Despite all that happened in 2010 God told me that everything is going to be okay, my life in the future is not going to be how it was in the past. Things will change, not for the worst but for the better. Jeremiah 29:11 says, “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.”

You see when you give yourself to God and you believe in Him, that He gave His only Son to die for you, …when you desire to live for Him and to have a closer relationship with Him…things just start to change(change happens gradually, not instantly). When you repent of your sins (the ones you don’t know about and the ones you do know about) you are wiped clean in His eyes, there is no stain or blemish, you are cleansed of all your dirtiest secrets, of all the skeletons in your back closet,…none of that stuff matters anymore after you repent. Give them to God, they will be thrown in the sea of forgetfulness. They come back when you bring them back(with your actions and thoughts), and they even come back when people accuse and scoff at you by saying “humpf, what kind of Christian are you trying to be, remember all that stuff you used to do down the block and around the corner…please who you tryna fool” But see that’s just it they even see that those things, are the things you USED to do not what you do Now. Do not remember the former things, nor consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing, Now it shall spring forth…Isaiah 43:18

….If you feel void (or devoid) of something and you don’t know what’s missing, don’t try to fill the void with un-fulfilling things…try Jesus. He’ll give you all the fulfillment you need. I started this post by saying this is just going to be about my testimonies and how great God has been in my life, In january I felt and believed that greater things are still to come from God and I still believe that today, and I’ll believe it tomorrow and the day after. Great things have already happened in my life and I know that it is only from God. I’ve prayed and asked God for things, according to His will and He has been faithful, God is faithful He keeps His promises to His people. To be His, turn to Him, repent and accept His forgiveness that is waiting for YOU. God cares- 1 Peter 5:7

P.S. I will have a new page for my testimonies and the greater things still to come from God, the most High.

Praise, honor, and glory to the King of Kings.
