Why, Do We Ask Why?

In the place where most thoughts arise, I was showering and thinking and speaking to my God. I was thinking about work and those I interact with at work and I wondered and asked ‘why?’ regarding what I was thinking. Of course I don’t know the answer to my question, but I did wonder why. At that point came the realization that humans want answers. Why do we always seem to ask ‘why?.’

Whatever the situation, whether about family, a romantic relationship, a friendship, something about work, or school whatever it is, if it is a situation we are in and facing I think at some point we ask why. We either ask ourselves, or if we have faith in God we ask Him. We may even ask the people involved in the situation.

Because I have faith in God and I think I know His Word, I believe it may have something to do with the way God made us.  In Genesis chapter 1 verse 26, it says, “Then God said, ‘Let us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.'” By reading this verse, we see that we are made in the image of God, God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. These three persons of what many know to be the Trinity are one. They are three persons that equals to One. One God. This is why the verse says, ‘Our.’ So we see we are made in the image of God. This is as far as I’ve gotten with why humans ask why in the situations we face.

Do you have an idea of why we ask, ‘why?’ ? If you do, please share below.

Happy to be writing again 🙂 now on to my other blog.

Love God,
