Here’s a morning message I received from a sister in Christ 💛
Jesus said: “I did not come to call the righteous, but sinners.” (Matthew 9:13) 💙🐡💙🐡💙🐡💙🐡💙 Do we realize how sin sick we are in our own self-righteousness? If not, as we continue to “hang out” with others like ourselves who are ignorant of the ways of God, we are like the blind leading the blind. Saint Paul promises us that we can do all things – – not on our own – – but through Jesus Christ who gives us strength. Holy Spirit, make me a channel of your peace and a light to the world, that I might be delivered daily from my own sins and fears and lead others to your righteousness and holiness. Thank you, Lord, for calling me by name and for showing me how to become a better version of myself today than I was yesterday—for your glory.
Or are you [so blind as to] trifle with and presume upon and despise and underestimate the wealth of His kindness and forbearance and long-suffering patience? Are you unmindful or actually ignorant [of the fact] that God’s kindness is intended to lead you to repent (to change your mind and inner man to accept God’s will)? Romans 2:4 AMPC
(Rom 8:1 AMP) THEREFORE, [there is] now no condemnation (no adjudging guilty of wrong) for those who are in Christ Jesus, who live [and] walk NOT after the dictates of the flesh, but after the dictates of the Spirit.
+++In Christ Jesus you are forgiven of all REPENTED sins and unrighteousness.
+++You should not feel condemned after the Lord had forgiven you. If you do, its a tactic of the devil to pull you down, get you down and keep you down.
+++The byproducts of repentance and forgiveness are healing, deliverance, freedom, reconciliation and restoration.
+++Get out of that rut and slap the devil.
+++ Blessed you are and blessed you will always be and to God be all the glory. Amen!
